All-Craft Renovations
To whom it may concern;
In the Spring of 2016 after the acquisition of a commercial parcel of land in Bedford my business partner and I began the process of selecting a commercial contractor to design and construct our new office building.
We contacted four commercial contractors and set up initial meetings for the intention to discuss our project and to gain a perspective on which company would best suit our project.
From the initial meeting we obtained a high level of confidence with Seagate Construction. The professionalism that was demonstrated by Mr. Scammell and Mr. Harris illustrated to us both a proven ability to complete our project at the highest standards of quality but also at the same time the personal aspect of how they approach their business clients.
After several meetings with Mr. Scammell and Mr. Harris the decision was made without hesitation to contract Seagate Construction for the construction of our project.
We were provided a schedule of targeted time frames as to when certain specific aspects of our project would be completed, Seagate met or exceeded the schedule through to completion.

It is my pleasure to provide a reference for John Fredericks of Seagate Construction, as Projects Manager for the ongoing renovations to the Sunset Adult Residential Centre in Pugwash, Nova Scotia. I have worked with John on numerous projects in the past, but most recently on a very complicated, phased project, involving life safety upgrades, as well as extensive structural, mechanical and electrical modifications to the 50,000sf, 120 year olf residential care facility in Pugwash.
In the course of managing this project, John has demonstrated an ability to scrutinize all project related information and determine what is relevant to the project. He is able to focus on the project objectives and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish the desired end result. With his problem solving abilities John always presents a variety of solutions to every problem presented.
Throughout the project it has been evidenced that John is highly respected by his colleagues. With his team building capabilities, and very calm demeanor, he has crafted a very collaborative and client focused approach in the management of this project. His management abilities have made it both an effective and enjoyable process for both myself and the facility management.
The project is near completion, but has been placed on hold, awaiting owner requested design changes to the final phase of the project. It is expected to commence again this spring, with final completion scheduled for December 2015.
I highly recommend John Fredericks, and hope you will seriously consider Seagate Construction for your project.

The Sunset Community
Sunset Residential and Rehabilitation Services Inc.

Seagate Construction Inc. was contracted to renovate our Adult Residential Centre in 2010 due to Fire Marshal recommendations. The renovations have been extensive and it is expected that the project will not be completed until December 2015.
Seagate has been a pleasure to work with. We have has residents remain living in the Centre during renovations. This took a lot of planning, understanding and working closely together on both our parts. Seagate Construction has been cooperative and patient about our situation. Together we have ensured that our first priority is the safety of our clients and staff during this project. Seagate staff have been easy to work with, professional and business like in every way.
I would recommend this company to others based on the experience we have had here at the Sunset Community. They are leaders in their area of business.

To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to provide a reference for Seagate Construction Ltd. They recently completed a new supermarket for us in Grand Falls, New Brunswick and did an expansion/renovation for us in Woodstock, New Brunswick. These projects were both partnered projects and open book process.
During the course of these projects we found Seagate Construction to be most co-operative, conscientious and fully professional. The quality of construction was excellent and the project proceeded on a timely basis and in the case of Woodstock, even ahead of schedule although it was tight too begin with.
One very important aspect of all construction projects is the quality of contract administration, we found Seagate to be outstanding in this matter, with full documentation of all contract items and, most importantly, timely follow up.
We would highly recommend Seagate Construction for future construction projects as they have exhibited the ability to provide a quality product on a timely basis and in a thoroughly professional manner.
